Tim,
Always remember to listen to your body.

It's a big day when your first born goes off to school. Just remember that even on the day Luke graduates from high school he will still be your little boy!

Stay strong,
Katie

Um - just wondering - do you ever take a day or two off? Mentally have you still been engaged or have you been forcing it (ie have been bored at all)? How have you been doing with the 4 EE's during your workouts?

I finally found your blog! Yippee! LOL

Courtney, I took yesterday off. Does that count? Or did you mean a day of absolutely nothing?

Mentally, I'm engaged. That's my problem! I'm aware of the 4 EE. I try to follow them. But then, I'm alone and don't have anyone to say,"hey, let go of that startle."

I'm glad you found me. Did you get my email?

No I didn't get your email :(
Glad you took at least 1 day "sorta" off!

I've found I am very good at listening to my body, but I need to get better on some days about taking ACTION from listening! ha!

Normally, a few aches and tweaks for me=more Z Health and cut back on stress and sleep more. A nice Epsom salt bath helps too.

Another thing I've done lately is do a super light day--lots of Z and some KB exercises that I've done in awhile, but pick a weight that is much lighter and just get in some good movement.

Thanks for the updates!

Mike, I get that. I'm much more aware of what my body is saying, but i do lag behind still with appropriate action at times. I am starting to use more Z-recovery days this week. Maybe I should try the salt bath... Thanks for the info.
